The reasons for our expectation While tendering our evidence before the GDS Committee their response was positive. When the Postal service board referred the Bonus ceiling issue on par with regular employees the reaction Shri Kamalesh Chandra was excellent. When we met the third time he assured the report will be balanced for both sides. GDS களுக்கான 6 வது கமிசன் அறிக்கை மத்திய அரசிடம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.  அதன் பரிந்துரைகள் சிலவற்றை கீழே பட்டியலிட்டுள்ளோம். GDS DA/MC பெயர் மாறுகிறது - Assistant BPM or Dak Sevak ABPM or Dak Sevak கள் (Multi Tasking Category)  BPMகளுக்கு உதவியாக Business Development மற்றும் Marketing பணியாற்றவேண்டும்.   GDS களுக்கான TRCA மாற்றப்பட்டு ஒவ்வொரு பதவிக்கும் இரு சம்பள விகிதம் Scale of Pay அறிமுகமாகிறது.  அதன் படி :  முந்தைய 11 Slabs TRCA ஒழிக்கப்பட்டு 3 Scale அறிமுகமாகிறது.
