வரும் ஆனா வராது...................... என்ற பாணியில்  தினமும் ஒரு புது கதையை விட்டு இந்த இலாகாவில் 40 வருடங்களுக்கு பிறகு வாராது வந்த மாமணியாக வந்த கேடர் சீரமைப்பு வந்து விடக்கூடாது என்ற நிலையில் செயல்பட்டு வந்த இந்த துறையின் மீது நல்ல(?) எண்ணம் கொண்டோரின் எண்ணங்களை தவிடு பொடியாக்கி தமிழகத்தில் கேடர் சீரமைப்பு உத்தரவுகள் இறுதி செய்யப்பட்டு நேற்று (23.05.2017) மாநில நிர்வாகத்தால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.  1687 பேர் LSG பதவிஉயர்வையும் 22 பேர்  HSG II பதவி உயர்வும் பெறுகிறார்கள்.   பதவிஉயர்வு வந்தால் வெளியிடங்களுக்கு செல்ல வேண்டும் என்ற பயமுறுத்தலுக்கு மத்தியில் அவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அவர்கள் வேலைபார்க்கும் மண்டலமே ஒதுக்கீடும் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.  விரைவில் அந்த மண்டல நிர்வாகத்தால் அவர்களது கோட்டமே ஒதுக்கீடும் செய்யப்படும். அவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் எமது வாழ்த்துக்கள்.
