The following FAQs supplement the FAQs in respect of Estt.(Allowances) Section already placed in public domain vide F. No.21011/08/2013-Estt.(AL)

SI. No.	Frequently Asked Questions	Answer
1.	Whether the examination fees as charged by the school is reimbursable?	“Examination fee” has been included as part of reimbursable items as indicated in para 1(e) of O.M. dated 2nd September, 2008, subject to the fulfillment of other existing conditions vide) OM No.12011/01/2012-Estt.(AL) dated 31-07-2013. The said orders do not have a retrospective effect.
2.	Whether reimbursement of amount of fee paid during 1at and 2nd quarter could be claimed in 3rd or 4th quarter, without the fee receipts of the 3rd and 4th quarter?	No. As it is reimbursement for the whole year, original receipts for the fee paid for the 3rd / 4th quarter has to be submitted to ensure that the child has not dropped out of the school in the mid-session. O.M. No.12011/01/2013-Estt. Allowances dated 23.04.2013 refers.
3.	Whether a Government servant is required to give a certificate that the spouse, if earning, has not claimed CEA?	Yes. In terms of O.M. No.12011/01/2013-Estt.(Allowances) dated 23.04.2013, the claimant Government servant is required to furnish an undertaking that reimbursement of CEA has not been claimed in respect of the child by the spouse of the claimant.

JUSTICE DELAYED BUT NOT DENIED

Five RRR candidates have been accorded posting in PA/PM cadres by the Tamilnadu Circle administration based  on the judgment of Madras High court . The appeal of the Circle Administration has been rejected by the High Court . However the case of the  remaining   87 RRR   candidates is still pending in the Court. Let us hope and trust that justice will be done by  the Honorable Court in due course

Delay in issuing  DA Order

“…10% enhancement in Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief has already been approved by Central Government on 28th February, 2014  Now a formal Office Memorandum in this regard is awaited from Finance Ministry. Month of March, 2014 is going to end and a month is also passing after approval all employees/pensioners/offices are waiting for Finance Ministry’s Memorandum. Last year the approval of DA/DR pertaining to January, 2013 was also issued very late on 18th April 2013
According to the govt. approval additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners with effect from 01.01.2014 would be released not before the disbursement of the salary for the month of March 2014 at the rate of 10 percent increase over the existing rate of 90 percent. Salary for the month of March, 2014 will be paid on 2nd April, 2014 and the salary/pension of March, 2014 will be calculated on 90% DA/DR and three months’ arrears will be paid after receiving of FM’s Order. The order of enhancement in DA also necessary to 25% increase in some allowances. As per sixth CPC’s recommendations some allowances can increase 25% every time when the DA touches 50%.”

 HSG I  List வெளியாக தொடர்ந்து காலதாமதமாகுவதால் தமிழ்நாட்டின் பல்வேறு பகுதியில் இருந்து தோழர்கள் அதைப்பற்றி தொடர்ந்து விசாரித்த வண்ணம் உள்ளனர். அவர்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பை பூர்த்தி செய்யும் வண்ணமாக நாமும் நமது சம்மேளன பொது செயலாளர் திரு தியாகராஜன் அவர்கள் மூலமாக நமது மாநில நிர்வாகத்தை தொடர்புகொண்டு CPMG  அவர்களிடம் விசாரித்தோம். அவர்கள் DPC கூடுவதில் உள்ள சில Technical Problem களை கூறி, அவற்றை இரண்டொரு நாளில் தீர்வு கண்டுவிடுவதாகவும் அதன் பின்பு ஒரு வாரத்தில் DPC கூடும் எனவும் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்துள்ளார்கள். விரைவில் DPC கூடி HSG I பதவி உயர்வு பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்படும் என தெரிகிறது.

Pension a statutory right... Madras HC upholds CAT order.

The court said a person already in service either as contingent staff or temporary staff continuously and absorbed in permanent establishment on or after Jan 1,2004 cannot be termed 'new entrant' into service. The new pension scheme can be applied only to persons appointed for the first time as casual or temporary or permanent employee on or after January 1,2004.

                நேற்று நமது கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் திரு.K.இலக்ஷ்மண பிள்ளை அவர்களை சந்தித்து பேசினோம்.  தற்போது நமது கோட்டத்தில் தொடர்ந்து அளிக்கப்படும் பயிற்சிகள் (Training) அதனால் நிலவும் ஆட்பற்றாகுறை
( Shortage & Deputations ) அதனை தொடர்ந்து ஊழியர்களின்  விடுப்புக்கான அசௌகரியங்கள் ( Leave Problems)  போன்ற கோட்ட மட்டத்தில் நிலவும் பிரச்சனைகளை விவாதித்தோம். அதற்கு தீர்வு காண முற்படுவதாக உறுதியளித்தார்கள். இந்த சந்திப்பின் போது நமது கோட்ட செயலாளர் திரு இராம சுப்பிரமணியன் உடன்  திரு குணா,  திரு பாரதி மற்றும் நமது கோட்ட  பொருளாளர் திரு ராஜா பிரசாத் ஆகியோர் இருந்தனர்.

             பாராளுமன்ற பொது தேர்தல் 2014  நடைபெறும் நாட்களில் இந்திய முழுவதும் அந்தந்த பகுதிகளில் விடுமுறை விட ஏற்கனவே அமுலில் உள்ள DOPT vide OM No12/14/99 -JCA dated 10 th October, 2001 ன் படி விடுமுறை அளிக்க இலாகா உத்திரவு. அதன்படி தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஏப்ரல் 24 அன்று பொது விடுமுறையாக இருக்கும்.

Finance Ministry is blocking Post Bank of India

Inclusive growth is the buzzword that Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and the apostles of Sonianomics brandish at every possible opportunity, but when the world’s greatest opportunity for financial inclusion knocks at the their door, they look the other way. The opportunity comes in the form of a private bank of the India Post, which has 1.54 lakh branches across the country, 90 per cent which are in rural areas. The Reserve Bank has approved the idea, but the finance ministry is trying to block it. Out of the 27 applicants (only 25 in the fray now) for a new banking license, the Indian Post’s bank is among the five or six that has passed the strict guidelines of the Reserve Bank. While other licensees can start their operations once the Reserve Bank announces their clearances, the Indian Post’s bank cannot because the finance ministry mandarins don’t like the idea. Is there any particular reason that even with a Reserve Bank license an arm of the government of India cannot start something that will help tens of millions because another arm has a say over it? The only motives that one can assume are the following.

New Delhi: 13th March, 2014 – The Staff Side of the National Council (Joint Consultative Machinery), in its meeting held on 11th March, 2014 to condoled the sad demise of Late Shri Umraomal Purohit, Secretary, Staff(NC/JCM), had unanimously elected Shri Shiva Gopal Mishra, General Secretary, All India Railwaymen’s Federation, as Secretary, Staff Side, National Council (JCM).

This post was vacant due to sad demise of Com. Umraomal Purohit on 27th February, 2014, who held this post for more than three and half decades.
The JCM is an umbrella organisation for about thirty six lakh Central Government employees working in different departments, such as Indian Railways, Defence(Civilian), Postal, Cabinet Secretariat, Income Tax etc.

Central Working Committee Meeting of NAPE, Group-C at Ajmeer in Rajasthan Circle

              The CWC of NAPE Gr-C was held at Sriram Dharmasala, Ajmeer from 9-3-2014 to 10-3-2014.  The Combined Circle Conferences of NAPE Gr-c, Postmen&MTS and NUGDS were held from 8^th  to 10^th March 2014. 

The open secession was held on 9^th March 2014. Sri Kamal Bakolia, Mayor, Ajmeer was the chief guest. Sri Guman Singh, President NFIR, All India in his elaborate speech explained about the 7^th CPC, DA merger and on other problems of CG employees. Sri Jitender Gupta, PMG (SR) Rajasthan, Sri D.Kishanrao, GS NAPE Gr-c  dealt with developments in the Department and the role of Trade Unions in the challenges atmosphere. Sri PU Muralidharan, GS NUGDS, Sri TN Rahate, GS NUPE PM&MTS also spoke about the problems. 

The CWC concluded on 10.3.2014.   The Reception Committee headed by Sri R.K.Meena C/s Rajasthan Circle and Sunil Balachandini, D/s Ajmeer made excellent arrangements for the conference and Central Working Committee. 
On behalf of Tamilnadu Circle Union, Shri.N.J.Uthayakumaran, Circle Secretary, Tamilnadu Circle. Shri.Vijaya Kumar, ACS, Shri. S.A.Rama Subramanian, ACS and Shri Thirugnana Sampantham Divl President Tuticorin attend the CWC.

             வணக்கம் கடந்த பெப்ரவரி 25,26 மற்றும் 27 அன்று காஞ்சியில் நடைபெற்ற மாநில மாநாட்டில் நடந்தேறிய ஜனநாயக படுகொலையும் அதை  நிகழ்த்தி காட்டிய விதமும் நீங்கள் அறிந்து கொள்ள இதோ.............
நகரேசு காஞ்சியில் நடந்தது என்ன அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள் தோழர்களே !

           பெப்ரவரி 28 அன்று நமது மு.மா. திரு.G.P.முத்துகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் பணி ஓய்வு பெற போவதால்  புதிய செயலாளராக யார் வர போகிறார்கள் என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்பு அனைத்து தரப்பு உறுப்பினரிடமும் இருந்தது தெரிந்ததே. இந்நிலையில் கடந்த 05.01.2014 அன்று  திருநெல்வேலி வெள்ளி விழா மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொண்ட மு.மா. திரு.G.P.முத்துகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் தூத்துக்குடி கோட்ட செயலாளர் திரு உதயகுமாரன் அவர்களிடம் மாநில செயலாளராக பணியாற்ற அவரின் விருப்பத்தை அறிய விரும்பிய போது அவரும் அன்றே  இசைவும் தெரிவித்தார்கள்.
இந்நிலையில்  பெப்ரவரி 25,26 மற்றும் 27 அன்று காஞ்சியில் நடைபெற்ற மாநில மாநாட்டில்   தூத்துக்குடி கோட்ட செயலாளர் திரு உதயகுமாரன் அவர்கள் மாநில செயலராக தன்னை முன்னிறுத்தி ஆதரவு கேட்ட போது மு.மா. திரு.G.P.முத்துகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் தென் சென்னை கோட்ட செயலாளர் ஜனாப் சுல்தான் அவர்களை முன்னிறுத்தினார். அவரே அனைவரிடமும் ஆதரவும் கோரினார்.
நமது மாநில செயலாளர் திரு.N.J.உதய குமாரன் அவர்களுக்கு தமிழகத்தில் மொத்தமுள்ள 52 கிளை மற்றும் கோட்டங்களில் 35 க்கு மேற்பட்ட கோட்ட செயலர்கள் ஆதரவு தெரிவித்தனர் என்பதற்காக அமைப்பு நிலை விவாதத்தையும் பொருளாய்வு கூட்டத்தையும் கடைசி வரை காலம் தாழ்த்தி இழுத்தடித்தது மட்டுமல்லாமல் முறையாக நடத்தி அனைவரின் கருத்தையும் மு.மா அவர்கள் அறிய முற்படாதது துரதிஸ்டம் மட்டுமல்ல ஜனநாயக படுகொலையாகும்.
பல்வேறு கோட்ட செயலர்கள்/ மாநில செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் எதிர்ப்பை காட்ட, தனக்கு வேறு வழியின்றி நயவஞ்சகமாக பின்வாங்குவதாக அறிவித்தார்கள். ஆனாலும் திரு.N.J.உதய குமாரன்அவர்களை மாநில செயலாளராக  ஏற்க மனமின்றி தானெடுத்த மூப்பாக மூன்றாம் நாள் காலையில் ஜனாப் அப்துல் காதிர் அவர்களை (ஓய்வுக்கு 5 மாதக்காலமே உள்ள அவரை) முன்னிறுத்தினார். இதுவும் தன்னை போல புறவாசல்வாசத்திற்கு ஒருவரை தயார்படுத்தும் விதமான திட்டத்தின் ஒரு பகுதி என எல்லோரும் எண்ணினர். தனது எண்ணம் ஈடேற சார்பாளர்கள் எண்ணிக்கையில் குளறுபடிகளை ஏற்படுத்தினார். சில கோட்ட செயலர்களை பதவி தருவதாக கூறி தன்பக்கம் இழுக்க நினைத்தார். இரண்டொரு நாளில் ஓய்வு பெறபோகும் மு மா அவர்கள் தனக்கு இருந்த மரியாதையை அவரே போக்கியும் கொண்டார்.
                இந்த யுத்தம் தர்மத்திற்கும் அதர்மத்திற்கும் ஆன யுத்தம் ஆனது.
இந்நிலையில் தான் தேசிய சங்கத்தின் மீது பற்றும் பாசமும் கொண்ட தலைவர்  KR அவர்களின் உண்மை விசுவாசிகள் சுய விருப்பு வெறுப்புகளை விட்டுவிட்டு இயக்க நலனை முன்னிறுத்தி சில முடிவுகளை எடுத்தனர்.
               இயக்க நலனை முன்னிறுத்தி மகாபாரதத்தில் பாண்டவர்களுக்காக தூது சென்ற 'கார்மேகவர்ணன்' கண்ணன் கூட துரியோதன கூட்டத்தோடு ஐந்து அரசு வேண்டும், இல்லையேல் ஐந்து ஊர் வேண்டும், இல்லையேல் ஐந்து காணி வேண்டும் என்றான். ஆனால் எதிர்முகாமின் அழைப்பை ஏற்று இயக்க நலனுக்காக நம் கண்ணனாய் தூது சென்ற திருநெல்வேலி கோட்ட செயலர் திரு இராம சுப்பிரமணியன் அவர்கள் ஒட்டுமொத்த அனைவரின் எதிர்பார்ப்பை பூர்த்தி செய்யும் விதமாக எண்ணிக்கை அடிப்படையில் சமரசம் மேற்கொள்ளாமல் நம் எண்ணம் ஈடேற இயக்க நலனை மட்டுமே முன்னிறுத்தி  "போட்டி நமக்கு நல்லதன்று" என உரைத்து சமரசம் மேற்கொண்டார். அதை ஏற்று மாநில செயலராக திரு உதயகுமாரன் அவர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது என்றும் மற்ற பொறுப்புகளுக்கு அனைத்து தரப்பிலும் ஒருங்கிணைத்து தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது என முடிவெடுத்து உடனடியாக மாநில செயற்குழுவும் கூடிட மு.மா திரு.G.P.முத்துகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் அழைப்பு விடுத்தார். அந்த செயற்குழுவும் அதே முடிவை ஏகமனதாக மேற்கொண்டது.
பின்பு வழக்கம் போல காலதாமதமாக தொடங்கிய பொருளாய்வு கூட்டத்தில் கடைசியாக மு.மா அவர்கள் தனது பதிலுரை கூட அளிக்காமல் ஏற்கனவே ஒப்புக்கொண்டு அறிவிக்கபட்ட நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு மாற்றாக அவசர அவசரமாக தேர்தல் நடத்த முற்பட்டது துரோகத்தின் உச்சம்.
இந்நிலையில் நாம் மேடையிலே நமது எதிர்ப்பை தெரிவித்து திருநெல்வேலி கோட்ட செயலர் திரு இராம சுப்பிரமணியன் அவர்கள் முன்மொழிய தூத்துக்குடி கோட்ட செயலாளர் திரு உதயகுமாரன் அவர்கள் வழிமொழிய  திருமதி விஜயலட்சுமி Asst Manager, PSD Trichy அவர்களை மாநில தலைவராக  அனைத்து பிரதிநிதிகளும் ஒருமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுத்தனர்.
பின்பு அவரின் தலைமையில் அனைத்து மாநில நிர்வாகிகள் ஒருமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கபட்டனர்.  பின்பு இலாகா பிரதிநிதியிடம் நமது எதிர்ப்பை பதிவு செய்து பட்டியலை சமர்பித்தோம், என்பதே உண்மை .

               குருசேத்திரத்தின் இறுதி வெற்றி தர்மத்தின் பக்கம் என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்வோம். இருந்த போதிலும் நமது கவலை எல்லாம் நமது பதவிகளில் இல்லை இயக்க நலனில்தான் இருக்கிறது.

Interest Hike in PO Accounts

The finance ministry on Tuesday effected a minor raise in interest rates on post office deposits.
Rates on one-and two-year fixed deposits have been hiked from 8.2% to 8.4%,while those on three-year FDs and five-year recurring deposits have been raised 0.1% to 8.4%.Five-year FDs will fetch 8.5% a year.The rates will be applicable from April 1.
The hike is in line with the recent trend in bank deposits,which fetch higher returns than those in POs.
PPF deposits will continue to earn 8.7%,translating into returns of 11.3% on annual basis as the accretion in the account is tax free.

Terms of Reference 6th CPC & 7th CPC

We all know, 7th Pay Commission Terms of Reference was approved by Union Cabinet few days back and published in the Gazette of India.
Here is the comparison of 7th Pay Commission and sixth Pay Commission terms of References to get an idea about what the Government wants 7th Pay Commission to study and recommend as far as Pay and allowances and other service related matters of Central Government Employees.
It could be found that one of the main differences between these Central Pay Commissions’ Terms of References is Government’s reference for studying the need by Pay Commission for allowing Interim Relief. While 6th Pay Commission Terms of Reference has the specific mention about this requirement
However, there is no reference regarding Interim Relief that could be found in the 7th Pay Commission Terms of Reference. It implies that unlike it was specifically done in sixth pay commission terms of reference, Government did not refer 7th Pay Commission to study the possibility of allowing Interim Relief to Central Government Employees and Pensioners.

Modest Expectation for 50% DA Merger still on the cards

The expectations will not subside until the central government makes it clear whether 50% DA Merger will be approved or not. Though there were mixed news about whether 50% DA Merger is approved or not, Railway and Defence Federation’s Leaders told that the 50% DA merger was approved by the Cabinet.

One of the News Media also confirmed that 50% DA is approved by the cabinet. But so far any announcement in this regard has not been come from the Government. Some Leaders of the Federations told, ‘when we had a talk with them, initially the central government agreed in principle to merge the 50% of Dearness Allowance and its decision was expected from the cabinet meeting held yesterday evening. But we are unaware of the reason for the government not announcing its decision.’

Earlier reports claimed that the government was considering 50% DA Merger and increasing retirement age to 62. But a source close to official side said these will be a part of Terms of Reference of 7th Pay Commission and the Panel , however, can recommend this later

Yesterday , the cabinet approved the terms of references It did not reflect the voice of the staff side on many issues such as MACP ,machinery to resolve  anomalies . The Government   did  not accept the views of the staff side in  regard to inclusion 0f GDS  of the Postal  Department  . we do not know whether the Department  sent our views which we focused in the strike meeting during negotiation to the government . our  Federation demanded a copy   of the letter which was sent by the department to the government  on the matter of inclusion of GDS in the VII CPC  to find out stand  of department.   Circle /Division/branch secretaries and members are requested to go through the  Terms of References & send your views to the Federation within 15 days. NFPE, Secretary General Com.N.Krishnan and AIGDSU General Secretary, Sri.S.S.Mahadevaiah are not interested in settlement of GDS issues. They are exploiting the sentiments of GDS Employees to show their strength/supremacy to the Department.
FNPO and its affiliated union NUGDS  is not in the habit of cheating the poor GDS employees. We are pursuing the GDS demands/issues, Seriously, Vigorously, Continuously.
We trust that Joint struggles are the only way for settlement of GDS demands. We are ready for joint movement. FNPO &NUGDS will announce the programs shortly.

ஏன் எனில் ஊழியர் நலன் மட்டும் கணக்கில் கொண்டு சுயநலமற்ற தொண்டில் தேசிய சங்கம் செயல்பட்டதால். அதனால் தான் தனி போராட்டம் என்ற போதும் அதே தேதியில் நாமும் போராடினோம். 
ஆனால் NFPE கலாசாரத்தில் ஊறி போன திரு மகாதேவயாவிடம் அதை எதிர்பார்க்க முடியாமா ? 
அதுதான் தற்போதைய பிரச்சனை.

மத்திய இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட் 2014

மக்களவையில் 2014-15-ம் ஆண்டுக்கான மத்திய இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட்டை நிதியமைச்சர் ப.சிதம்பரம் இன்று (திங்கள்கிழமை) தாக்கல் செய்தார்.

புதிய வரிவிதிப்புகள் இல்லாத இந்த பட்ஜெட்டில், உற்பத்தி வரிகள் குறைக்கப்பட்டதன் காரணமாக, கார்கள், இரு சக்கர வாகனங்கள், மொபைல் போன்கள், டிவி, ஃபிரிட்ஜ் உள்ளிட்ட பொருள்களின் விலை குறையும்.

நாட்டின் பொருளாதார நிலை, இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு இருந்ததைவிட தற்போது சிறப்பாக உள்ளது என்று குறிப்பிட்ட மத்திய நிதியமைச்சர் ப.சிதம்பரம், அடுத்த 30 ஆண்டுகளில் அமெரிக்கா, சீனாவுக்குப் பின், உலகின் 3-வது பெரிய பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மிக்க நாடாக இந்தியா திகழும் என்று பட்ஜெட் உரையில் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்தார்.

பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளால், அமெரிக்க டாலருக்கு நிகரான ரூபாய் மதிப்பு சரியான நிலைக்கு கொண்டுவரப்பட்டதாகவும், நாட்டின் உணவு பணவீக்க விகிதம் குறைந்திருந்தாலும், அது தொடர்ந்து கவலைக்குரியாதாகவே உள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

அதேநேரத்தில், வரி ஏய்ப்பைத் தடுக்கும் வகையில், வரிச் சீர்திருத்தங்களை மேற்கொள்ள எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் ஒத்துழைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

மத்திய இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட் மற்றும் மத்திய நிதியமைச்சர் ப.சிதம்பரம் பட்ஜெட் உரையின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்:

* வருமானவரி விகிதத்தில் மாற்றம் இல்லை.

* ரூ.1 கோடிக்கு மேல் ஆண்டு வருமானம் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு 10 சதவீத கூடுதல் வரி.

* ரூ.10 கோடி வருவாய் கொண்ட நிறுவனங்களுக்கு 3 சதவீத கூடுதல் வரி.

* 2013-14 நிதியாண்டில் உணவுப் பயிர் உற்பத்தி 263 டன்கள் என மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

* 2013-14-ல் நாட்டின் நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறை 4.6 சதவீதம்; இது, அடுத்த ஆண்டில் 4.1 சதவீதம். வருவாய் பற்றாக்குறை 2013-14-ல் 3 சதவீதம்.

* 2012-13-ல் 88 பில்லியன் டாலர்களாக இருந்த நடப்புக் கணக்குப் பற்றாக்குறை தற்போது 45 பில்லியன் டாலர்களாக உள்ளது.

* சிறிய கார்கள், மோட்டார் சைக்கிள்கள் மற்றும் வர்த்தக வாகனங்களுக்கு உற்பத்தி வரி 12-ல் இருந்து 8 சதவீதமாக குறைப்பு.

* எஸ்.யு.வி. வாகனங்களுக்கு உற்பத்தி வரி 30-ல் இருந்து 24 சதவீதமாக குறைப்பு.

* பெரிய மற்றும் நடுத்தர கார்களுக்கு உற்பத்தி வரி 27-ல் இருந்து 24 சதவீதமாகவும், 24-ல் இருந்து 20 சதவீதமாகவும் குறைப்பு.

* மொபைல் போன்களுக்கான உற்பத்தி வரி 6 சதவீதமாக குறைப்பு.

* மூலதனப் பொருள்கள் மீதான உற்பத்தி வரி 12-ல் இருந்து 10 சதவீதமாக குறைப்பு.

* மார்ச் 31, 2009-க்கு முந்தைய மாணவர்களின் கல்விக் கடன்களுக்கான வட்டி செலுத்துவதில் சலுகை. இதன்மூலம் 9 லட்சம் பேர் பயனடைவர்.

* அன்னியச் செலாவணியில் 2013-14-ல் கூடுதலாக 15 பில்லியன் டாலர்கள்.

* நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.40,000 கோடியில் இருந்து ரூ.16,027 கோடியாக முதலீடு விலக்கல் இலக்கு (Disinvestment target) குறைப்பு. அடுத்த ஆண்டில் ரூ.36,925 கோடியாக இருக்கும் என எதிர்பார்ப்பு.

* நிர்பயா நிதிக்கு ரூ.1,000 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.

* ஜனவரி இறுதி வரை 296 முதலீடுகளுக்கு ரூ.6.6. லட்சம் அனுமதி.

* 2013-14-ன் 3-வது மற்றும் 4-வது காலாண்டில் மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தி 5.2 சதவீதம்.

* 2014-15 நிதியாண்டில் திட்ட செலவு ரூ.5.55 லட்சம் கோடி; திட்டமிடப்படாத செலவு ரூ.12.08 லட்சம் கோடி.

* அடுத்த நிதியாண்டில் பொதுத் துறை வங்கிகளுக்கு ரூ.11,200 கோடி வழங்க ஒப்புதல்.

பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனங்களிடம் இருந்து ரூ.88,188 கோடி பங்கினைப் பெறுகிறது அரசு.

2013- 14-ல் பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனங்களால் ரூ.2.57 லட்சம் கோடி அளவில் முதலீட்டுச் செலவு.

* கல்பாக்கம் அணு உலையில் விரைவில் 500 மேகாவாட் மின் உற்பத்தி; நாட்டில் புதிதாக 7 அணு உலைகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

* 2014-15-ல் தேசிய சூரிய மின்சக்தி திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 4 மிகப் பெரிய மின் திட்டங்கள்.

* வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்களுக்கு கூடுதல் நிதியாக ரூ.1,200 கோடி.

* ஆதார் திட்டம் நிறைவேற அரசு உறுதி. தற்போதைக்கு மானிய சிலிண்டர் பெற ஆதார் கட்டாயம் என்ற திட்டம் நிறுத்தி வைப்பு.

* உணவு, உரம் மற்றும் எரிவாயு மானியத்துக்கு ரூ.2,46,397 கோடி.

* பாதுகாப்புத் துறைக்கு 10 சதவீதம் உயர்த்தி, ரூ.2.24 லட்சம் கோடியாக ஒதுக்கீடு.

* ராணுவத்தினருக்கு 2014—15 ஒரே பிரிவு - ஒரே ஓய்வூதியம் (ஒன் ரேங்க் - ஒன் பென்ஷன்) அறிமுகம். இதற்கு ரூ.500 கோடி கணக்கிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

* 2014 நிதியாண்டின் ஏற்றுமதி இலக்கு 326 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்கள். இது, 6.3 சதவீத உயர்வு.

* சிறுபான்மையினருக்கான வங்கிக் கணக்கு எண்ணிக்கை, 10 ஆண்டுகளில் 14,15,000-ல் இருந்து 43,53,000 ஆக உயர்வு.

* கடன் மேலாண்மை அலுவலகம் அமைக்க அரசு பரிந்துரை. இது, அடுத்த நிதியாண்டில் இருந்து இயங்கும்.

* சேவை வரி விதிக்கும் வேளாண் பொருட்கள் பட்டியலில் இருந்து அரிசிக்கு விலக்கு. அதாவது, அரசி மீதான சேவை வரி ரத்து.

* ரத்த சேமிப்பு வங்கிகளுக்கு சேவை வரியில் இருந்து முழு விலக்கு.

* நாட்டில் 14 கோடி மக்கள் வறுமை கோட்டில் இருந்து நிலை மேம்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

* சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் குடும்ப நல அமைச்சகத்துக்கு ரூ.33,725 கோடி.

* மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை அமைச்சகத்துக்கு ரூ.67,398 கோடி.

* சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தலுக்கு ரூ.6730 கோடி.

* குடிநீர் மற்றும் வடிகால் அமைச்சகத்துக்கு ரூ.15,260 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.

* மகளிர் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்துக்கு ரூ.21,000 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.

* வீட்டு வசதித் துறை அமைச்சகத்துக்கு ரூ.6000 கோடி.

* ரயில்வே துறைக்கான ஒதுக்கீடு, ரூ.29,000 கோடியாக உயர்வு.

* உணவு மானியத்துக்கு ரூ.1,16,000 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.

* மானியங்களுக்கு ரூ.2,46,397 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.

* தேசிய திறன் மேம்பாட்டு அறக்கட்டளைக்கு கூடுதலாக ரூ.1000 கோடி.

* தேசிய வேளாண் - வனக் கொள்கைக்கு அரசு ஒப்புதல்.

* தற்போது நாட்டில் 3.9 லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட கிராமங்களில் சாலைகள் உள்ளன.

* கல்விக்கு ரூ.79,541 கோடியை அரசு செலவிட்டுள்ளது.

* 236 மில்லியன் டன் உணவுப் பயிர் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. 554 மில்லியன் டன் நிலக்கிரி உற்பத்தி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

* உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு சட்டத்தின் கீழ் 67 சதவீத மக்கள் பயனடைகின்றனர்.

* உலகின் மற்ற வளரும் நாடுகளுடன் ஒப்பிடும்போது, இந்தியாவின் பொருளாதாரம் சிறப்பாக உள்ளது.

The Strike is total in many Circles according to the Department of Post. Thanks go to our Divisional/ Branch/Circle Secretaries.
Let us hope the Government will consider our demands seriously in the coming days.
We are not against to the UPA Govt. or any party. We are interested only in the settlement of C.G. employees demands.
FNPO is not worried about who is ruling the country. We are fighting only to achieve the C.G .employees demands in general and Postal Employees in particular.
