• 7 வது ஊதிய குழுவில்  வரையறைக்குள் கிராமிய அஞ்சல்    ஊழியர்களையும்  இணைக்க வேண்டும்.
• 100 சதவிகித அகவிலைப்படியை அடிப்படை சம்பளத்துடன்  இணைத்து 01.01.2014 முதல் வழங்கிட வேண்டும்
• அடிப்படை சம்பளத்தில் 25 சதவிகிதத்தை இடைகால நிவாரணமாக 01.01.2014 முதல் வழங்கிட வேண்டும்
• புதிய பென்ஷன் திட்டத்தை  கைவிட வேண்டும்.
• கருணை அடிப்படியிலான நியமனத்திற்கு  5 சதவிகிதம் என்கிற முறையை மாற்றி காத்திருப்பு இல்லாமல் அனைவருக்கும் உடனே வேலை வழங்கிட வேண்டும்.
• அஞ்சல் துறையில் காலியான பதவிகளை  உடனே நிரப்பிட வேண்டும்  
•  JCM (dc) Staff Side ல் ஒத்துக்கொண்டு கையெழுத்து  இட்ட Cadre மறுசிரமைப்பை   உடனே அமுல்படுத்த    வேண்டும்
• MACP குளறுபடிகளை உடனே களைந்திட வேண்டும்
• காலாவதியான Computer மற்றும் Printer களை மாற்றிட வேண்டும்
• DPC  (Departmental Promotion Committee) ஐ கூட்டுவதற்கு  காலதாமதபடுத்தாமல்உரிய நேரத்தில் பதவி உயர்வினை  வழங்கிட வேண்டும்   
• CBS ஐ அறிமுகபடுத்தும் போது தொலை தொடர்பு சேவையின் வேகத்தை அதிகபடுத்து வேண்டும்
• Postman  MTS பதவிகளுக்கு  வெளி மார்க்கெட்டில்  ஆள் எடுக்கும் முறையை   கைவிட்டு கிராமிய அஞ்சல் ஊழியர்களுக்கு  Postman  MTS பதவி உயர்வினை வழங்கிட வேண்டும்
• வேலைப்பளுவை காரணம் காட்டி  கிராமிய அஞ்சல் ஊழியர்கள்  வாங்கிய சம்பளத்தை (TRCA வை )  குறைத்து கொடுக்கும் முறையை   கைவிட வேண்டும்.
• பகுதி நேரம் மற்றும் தொகுப்புதிய பணியாளர்களின்  சம்பளத்தை 01.01.2006 முதல் ஆறாவது ஊதியக்குழு சிபாரிசின் அடிப்படையில் வழங்கிட வேண்டும் 
• Postmaster Cadre ஊழியர்கள் PS Gr B , Inspector Post தேர்வு எழுதிட அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும்
• Postmaster Cadre ஊழியர்கள் ஒரு Cadre இருந்து மற்ற Cadre பதவி உயர்வை General Life Official போன்று கால நிபந்தனைகளை தளர்த்தி வழங்க வேண்டும்
• 100 %  Sr Postmaster பதவிகளையும் Postmaster Cadre Official களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும்
• System Administrator  தனி Cadre ஆகா உருவாக்க வேண்டும்
• அஞ்சலகங்களில் உள்ள காசாளர்களுக்கு  RMS மற்றும் நிர்வாக அலுவலகங்களில் உள்ள காசாளர் போன்று Cash Handling Allowance வழங்க வேண்டும்.
• ஞாயிறு மற்றும் விடுமுறை நாட்களில் பணிசெய்ய வற்புறுத்த கூடாது
• Inspector (Post) Line HSG I பதவிகளை HSG I General Line க்கு ஏற்கனவே ஒப்பு கொண்டபடி மாற்றவேண்டும்
• L1 RMS அலுவலகங்களை அதிக அளவில் திறக்க வேண்டும் 
• OVER TIME ALLOWANCE  ஐ Railway துறைக்கு இணையாக வழங்க வேண்டும் 
• உள்ளிட்ட 39 அம்ச கோரிக்கைகளை  வலியுறித்தி இரண்டாவது கட்டமாக நடைபெறும் மாபெரும் தர்ணா

               கடந்த சில வருடங்களுக்கு பிறகு மீண்டும் புதிய எழுச்சியுடன் நமது நெல்லை கோட்டத்தின் அம்பை கிளை சங்கம் தனது பணியை தொடங்கியது

21.09.2014 அன்று மாலை 3 மணிக்கு அம்பாசமுத்திரம் தலைமை அஞ்சலகத்தில் வைத்து கோட்ட தலைவர் திரு P.சுப்பிரமணியன் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடந்தது.

முன்னாள் கிளை செயலாளர் திரு.G.சண்முகநாதன் அவர்கள் சங்க கொடி ஏற்ற முன்னாள் கிளை  தலைவர் திரு.V.S.மணி அவர்கள் சங்க அறிவிப்பு பலகை திறந்து வைத்தார்.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Payment of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees – Revised Rates effective from 1.7.2014.

     The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry’s Office Memorandum No. No. 1/1/2014-E-II (B) Dated: 27th March, 2014 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the President is pleased to decide that the Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government employees shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 100 % to 107 % with effect from 1st July, 2014.

2     The provisions contained in paras 3, 4 and 5 of this Ministry’s O.M. No. 1 (3)/2008-E-II(B) dated 29th August, 2008 shall continue to be applicable while regulating Dearness Allowance under these orders.

3     The additional installment of Dearness Allowance payable under these orders shall be paid in cash to all Central Government employees.

4     These orders shall also apply to the civilian employees paid from the Defence Services Estimates and the expenditure will be chargeable to the relevant head of the Defence Services Estimates. In regard to Armed Forces personnel and Railway employees separate orders will be issued by the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Railways, respectively.

5     In so far as the persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department are concerned, these orders issue in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

இது தான் ஊழலுக்கும் தவறுக்கும் வழிவகுக்கும்.

Central JCA (NFPE & FNPO) congratulates Five Lakhs Postal & RMS employees including Gramin Dak Sewaks and Casual Contingent Employees for making the first phase of Nation wide agitational programme a Grand Success. Reports are pouring in the CHQ that the mass demonstration and submission of 39 Points Charter of Demands was conducted in almost all divisions and Circles with large participation of employees.

Central JCA requests all Circle/Divisional/Branch secretaries to organize the following next phases of struggle programme also in a grand manner.

II-Phase – 24.09.2014 – Mass Dharna in front of all Postal/RMS Divisional offices

III-Phase – 27^th to 31^st October 2014 – Relay Dharna in front of all ROs/COs

IV-Phase – 10.12.2014 – Massive Parliament March of 20,000 Postal & RMS employees including Gramin Dak Sewaks and Casual Contingent Employees.

Please start intensive campaign and preparations now onwards. Please ensure that maximum employees from each divisions participate in the Parliament March to be held on 10.12.2014. Please book the Up & Down travel Ticket well in advance.
