Based on the written assurances given by the Secretary (P), and also on the assurance that a meeting with Minister(s) will be arranged shortly, the Central JCA has decided to call off the proposed indefinite strike from 17.01.2012.
- As per the information received from the CHQ, the department has agreed not to implement the MNOP, ie. L1 and L2 in respect of RMS, for the next three years.
- The department has assured the staff side that the cadre restructuring will be finalized within 3 months.
- Moreover, the good news is that the Secretary (P) has assured to enhance the ceiling of bonus for GDS from Rs. 2500/- to Rs. 3500/-.
