We hope and trust you have completed the task of procuring membership form from the members.
 
      On 06.08.2015 evening before 05.30 PM you should submit the authorization forms to the DDO concerned positively and obtain acknowledgement for the same.  
The membership list in triplicate should be submitted to the DDO along with the original membership forms.
Under any circumstances do not yield to pressure of any one. Our Federation is always ready to help you in all respects

நீங்கள் நமது உறுப்பினர்களிடம் உறுப்பினர் படிவம் பெறுவதற்குகாண பணியினை நிறைவு செய்திருப்பீர்கள் என நம்புகிறோம். 
வருகிற 06.08.2015 வியாழன் அன்று மாலை 05,30 மணிக்கு முன்னதாக நீங்கள் உரிய DDO அதாவது கோட்ட நிர்வாகியிடம் அங்கீகாரம் படிவங்களை சமர்ப்பித்து ஒப்புகை பெற வேண்டும். 
மறந்து விடாதிர்கள் வருகிற 06.08.2015 வியாழன் அன்று மாலை 05,30 மணிக்கு முன்னதாக அங்கீகாரம் படிவங்களை சமர்ப்பித்து ஒப்புகை பெற வேண்டும்.
அப்போது உறுப்பினர்கள் பட்டியலை மூன்று நகல் எடுத்து அதன் உடன் உரிய அசல் உறுப்பினர் படிவங்களை சேர்த்து DDO வசம் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
அப்போது ஏற்படும் எவ்வித பிரச்சனைகளுக்கும் உங்களுக்கு உதவிட தேசிய சம்மேளனம் தயாராக உள்ளது.
