Our 10th Federal Congress will be held at Kolkatta under the president ship of Shri.T.N.Rahate .

9. Policies and Programme

10. Budget estimates for next three years.

11. Amendment to the constitution

12. Election of office-bearers and appointment of Auditor

13. Venue of the next Federal Congress

14. Any other subject with the permission of the chair
