கொல்கத்தாவில் நடந்து முடிந்த 10 வது Federal Congress மாநாட்டில் மூன்றாவது முறையாக சமேளன பொது செயலாளராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கபட்ட 
நம் தமிழ் மண்ணின் மைந்தன் திரு.D.தியாகராஜன் அவர்களுக்கு நெல்லை கோட்ட சங்கத்தின் மனமார்ந்த வாழ்த்துக்கள். 
அம் மாநாட்டில் Deputy Secretary General ஆக தேர்ந்தெடுக்க பட்ட நமது அகில இந்திய பொதுசெயலாளர் திரு.D.கிஷன் ராவ் அவர்களுக்கும் 
Asst SG ஆக தேர்தெடுக்கபட்டுள்ள கர்நாடகமாநில செயலாளர் திரு.சிவகுமார் அவர்களுக்கும் நமது மனமார்ந்த வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

Xth Federal Congress of our Federation was held in Kolkata at Moulali Yuba Kendra from 3^rd November to 6^th November 2015. The open session was presided by Shri Raman Pondey President INTUC West Bengal State on 03^rd November 2015. The following addressed the Open session S/shri R.Srinivasan  G.S INDWF,Vinod Shrama ERMC,Subrato Chaudry,President NUR-C& General secretaries of FNPO affiliated unions .
Subject committee meeting was held on 4&5^th November 2015. 
The congress meets today and discusses the Policy & Programme of our Federation for the year of 2016 to 2019.
The Congress elected  S/Shri . T.N.Rahate  as President, D.Thegarajan as Secretary General & Shri D.Kishan Rao as Deputy Secretary General  , 
Reception committee Chairman Shri Rabindranath & Secretary Shri Lakshuman Majumdar made excellent arrangements for lodging & fooding.   Brief note of the congress and Resolutions will be posted shortly in our Federation website
