GDS போனஸ் நிலுவைதொகை மற்றும் Minimum Pay in Pay Matrix வழங்கிட வலியுறுத்தல்

            இலாகா ஊழியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட உயர்த்தப்பட்ட போனஸ் நிலுவைதொகையை GDS ஊழியர்களுக்கும் உடனடியாக வழங்கிட வேண்டி இலாகாவிற்கு தேசிய சங்கத்தின் கடிதம். 
            அதுபோல தபால்காரராக பணிசெய்யும் GDS ஊழியர்களுக்கு 7வது ஊதியக்குழுவின் பரிந்துரையின் படி தபால்காரர் அடிப்படை சம்பளத்தை (Minimum Pay in Pay Matrix) வழங்கிட ஆணையிட வலியுறுத்தி கடிதம்.

 Sub : Bonus at revised rate (with ceiling Rupees 7000) payment of arrears to GDS employees regarding. 

Ref No. 1) 7/4/2014-E III A dated 27.8.2016 of Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure)

2) F.No.26.01/2015-PAP Dated 02.09.2016 of Ministry of Communications and IT, Department of Posts(Establishment Division)

 As per reference cited (1) above, the Ministry of Finance has raised the ceiling of PLB of Central Government employees from Rupees 3500 to 7000.Based on this orders, the Department of Posts has issued orders to All Head of Circles for payment of arrears to Postal employees for 2014-2015 Vide reference 2 cited. As per DOP orders all Departmental employees will get the arrears of PLB of financial year 2014-2015. In previous years, (Including 2014- 15) When the orders for payment of PLB to regular employees is issued, orders are simultaneously issued for payment of Bonus to GDS staff also. But such an order is not seen issued in the case of raising the limit of PLB to GDS. There fore we request you to intervene in the case and issue orders for payment of PLB arrears of all eligible GDS staff also at par with regular employees immediately
