Expected DA From Jan 2014- Possibility Of Increase Of DA By 11%

As per the present state DA has
reached 90 %. At this juncture, Central Government Employees are eagerly
waiting to know the percentage of increase in the month of Jan 2014. The DA
increase in the month of Jan 2014 does have certain importance in it. Because
when DA reaches 100%, there is a possibility of increase of certain allowances
also simultaneously.
As per the recent publication of
AICPIN value, DA has reached the height of 93.93 % at present. During the
coming four months, if the AICPIN value increases by 1point, there is a
possibility of DA reaching the 100 % mark. Likewise, if the average becomes
2point, there is a chance of reaching 101 % as DA. During the ensuing four
months, based on the value calculation of AICPIN, it would be possible to calculate
DA accurately. Still, there is maximum possibility of increase of DA by 11
%

World Post Day is celebrated each
year on 9 October, the anniversary of the establishment of the Universal Postal
Union (UPU) in 1874 in the Swiss capital, Berne. It was declared World Post Day
by the UPU Congress held in Tokyo, Japan, in 1969.
Awareness
The purpose of World Post Day is to
create awareness of the role of the postal sector in people’s and businesses’
everyday lives and its contribution to the social and economic development of
countries. The celebration encourages member countries to undertake programme
activities aimed at generating a broader awareness of their Post’s role and
activities among the public and media on a national scale.
New
products and services
Every year, more than 150 countries
celebrate World Post Day in a variety of ways. In certain countries, World Post
Day is observed as a working holiday. Many Posts use the event to introduce or
promote new postal products and services. Some Posts also use World Post Day to
reward their employees for good service.
In many countries, philatelic
exhibitions are organized and new stamps and date cancellation marks are
issued. Other activities include the display of World Post Day posters in post
offices and other public places, open days at post offices, mail centers and
postal museums, the holding of conferences, seminars and workshops, as well as
cultural, sport and other recreational activities. Many postal administrations
issue special souvenirs such as T-shirts and badges.

announced against

not common festival in Tamilnadu state,

வில்லில் இருந்து பாயும் கணையின் பெயருடன் மலை சூழ்நகரானாலும் சமுத்திரத்தையும் தன் பெயருடன் கொண்ட அந்த துணை கோட்டத்தில்
GDS காலி பணியிடங்களில் ஆட்கள் நியமிக்கப்படுவதற்கு ஜெயமான ஒருவர் மூலம் பிரதிபலன் வேண்டுமாமே மெய்யாலுமா ?
அந்த கோட்டத்தில் எங்கும் எதிலும் நீக்கமற நிறைந்திருப்பது ( ? )
(ஒ காசே தான் கடவுள் என எண்ணி விட்டனரோ. குரு எவ்வழியோ ? சிஷ்யர்களும் அவ்வழியோ ? )
அந்த திருசீர்ரலைவாய் இறைவனுக்கே வெளிச்சம்பா.....!
இது ஊரெல்லாம் ஒரே பேச்சப்பா.

நீண்ட காலமாக திருநெல்வேலியில் Treasurer / ATR பணிநியமனத்தின் போது மாநகர பகுதிகளுக்கு மாநகரத்தில் மட்டும் Willingness கேட்கப்படும் நடைமுறை இருந்து வந்தது.
நமது நீண்ட நாளைய கோரிக்கைகளுக்கு பிறகு அதன் நியாயத்தை உணர்ந்து அன்றைய கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் திரு சாந்தகுமார் அவர்கள் அந்த நடைமுறையை ஒழித்து அனைத்து பகுதி ஊழியர்களிடமும் Willingness கேட்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் துரதிஷ்டவசமாக திரு சாந்தகுமார் அவர்கள் பணிமாறுதல் பெற்று சென்ற பிறகு நேற்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள Treasurer/ ATR Posting கில் அனைத்து ஊழியர்களின் Willingness மற்றும் Seniority புறந்தள்ளப்பட்டு அந்தந்த அலுவலகங்களில் பணிபுரியும் ஊழியர்கள் Treasurer/ ATR ஆக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
ஆனால் வாய்ப்பு இருக்கின்றபோது (Vacancy) ஊழியர்களின் Willingness மற்றும் Seniority புறந்தள்ளப்படுவது ஏன் ? ஏன் இந்த நிலைப்பாடு ?
அதிலும் பல்வேறு அலுவலகங்களில் Treasurer பணிமாறுதல் ஆகி சென்ற பிறகும் பதில் ஆள் போடாமல் Shortage ஆகா விடப்பட்டது நியாயமா ?
கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் கவனத்தில் கொள்ளுமா ?
