தந்திக்கு மாற்றாகுமா? போதிய விளம்பரம் இல்லாததால் முடங்கி வரும் இ-போஸ்ட்

விழிக்குமா அஞ்சல்துறை : தினகரன் நாளிதளின் செய்தி இதோ. 

            தபால் துறையில் தகவல் பரிமாற்றத்துக்கு உதவும் இ-போஸ்ட் சேவைக்கு போதிய விளம்பரம் இல்லாததால் முடங்கும் அபாயத்தில் உள்ளது.தபால் துறையில் இ-போஸ்ட் திட்டம் கடந்த 2 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. கம்ப்யூட்டர் வசதி உள்ள அனைத்து தபால் அலுவலங்களிலும் இந்த திட்டம் பயன்பாட்டில் உள்ளது.இதன்படி ஒரு இடத்தில் இருந்து அனுப்பப்படும் தகவல்கள் உடனடியாக டெலிவரி பகுதியின் தபால் அலுவலகத்துக்கு இமெயில் மூலம் அனுப்பப்படும். அங்கிருந்து பிரின்ட்-அவுட் எடுக்கப்பட்டு சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு உடனடியாக விநியோகம் செய்யப்படும்.தந்தி சேவை பயன் பாட்டில் இருந்த போது வார்த்தைக்கு 50 பைசா வசூல் செய்யப்பட்டது. ஆனால் இந்த முறையில் ஏ4 சைஸ் பேப்பருக்கு 10 மட்டுமே வசூல் செய்யப்படுகிறது. மேலும் இதில் வாழ்த்து படங்கள், லீவு லெட்டர், துக்க செய்தி போன்றவற்றையும் அனுப்பலாம்.
மொத்தமாக அனுப்பினால் 6 மட்டுமே வசூல் செய்யப்படும். கடந்த ஜூலை மாதத்தோடு தந்தி சேவை நிறுத்தப்பட்ட பிறகு இ-போஸ்ட் சேவைக்கு மக்களிடையே வரவேற்பு இருக்கும் என தபால் துறையினர் எதிபார்த்தனர். ஆனால் இந்த சர்வீசுக்கு போதிய விளம்பரம் இல்லாததால் வரவேற்பின்றி முடங்கி கிடக்கிறது.இதுகுறித்து தபால் துறை அலுவலர்கள் கூறுகையில், இ-போஸ்ட் சேவை அனைத்து தபால் அலுவலங்களிலும் உள்ளன. தந்தியை விட கட்டணம் குறைவு. காலை 9 மணி முதல் மாலை 6 மணி வரை அலுவலக நேரங்களில் வரும் தகவல்கள் உடனடியாக டெலிவரி செய்யப்படும். தந்தி சேவைக்கு மாற்றாக இருந்தும் இந்த சேவை குறித்து மக்களிடம் விழிப்புணர்வு இல்லாததால் சேவை எதிர்பார்த்த அளவு இல்லை என்றனர்.

GDS போனஸ் Ceiling Rs.3500 ஆகிறது

Finace Ministry ஒப்புதல் அளித்தது.  மந்திரிசபை கூடி முறையான  ஒப்புதலை அளிக்கும். இதில் எந்த பிரச்சனையும் இனி இல்லை.

To day Secretary (P) informed to our leaders that Ministry of Fiance agreed the proposal of Department of Posts on GDS Bonus (ceiling from Rs. 2500/-  to Rs 3500/-) and further she informed there will be no problem to get approval from the cabinet . Let us hope for the best.
2)Standing  Committee Meeting was held Yesterday 24+43 subjects  discussed.  Details will be published in our Federation web after receipt of Minutes.
3) Yesterday S.G.FNPO & President FNPO met Member(P) , Member(O),& CGM (M.B)   discussed various issues details will published  in sentinel.

    Sub: Problems of Kovilpatti division and agitations of FNPO unions there on- reg.

                The FNPO divisional unions of Kovilpatti continuously placing some demands to the divisional administration for the redressal.  Despite their continuous efforts to find a smooth settlement with the divisional administration, there is no fruitful result so far.  Therefore now they are going on some local agitations, on 19-8-2013 Demonstration and on 27-8-2013 Dharna .  In the meantime, divisional administration called FNPO unions for talks on 19-8-2013 forenoon.  As the talks failed, as announced demonstration took place on 19-8-2013.   As the local unions heading for dharna on 27-8-2013, my Circle Union wants the intervention of the Regional Administration for settlement of above issues to facilitate for reconsideration of conducting Dharna, etc by local unions.

1. Retirement Age 62 – Once again it has been denied in Parliament…

While answering to a question in Parliament today on 22nd August 2013, the Minister of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Shri. V.Narayanasamy said that ‘at present there is no proposal to increase the age of retirement of Government employees’.

He also added, as per Fundamental Rules 56(a) except as otherwise provided, every Government servant shall retire on attaining the age of 60 years.

Last week formal announcement regarding this policy was expected to declare on 15th August. Now the Central government has denied to pursue the policy of increasing the age of retirement of CG staff once again in Parliament.

1)What we anticipated is happening now.
Orders issued to close all bags in the L1&L2 Offices .  Please go through our editorials  of RMS Sentinel from May 2011 to September 2011 and November 2011 to January 2012. The quires raised by others was raised by us earlier.
Of course this is victory to joint movement of Postal JCA (FNPO&NFPE).
2)Minutes of the Meeting with PJCA Members held on 02/08/2013 under the chairmanship of Member (P) to discuss one of the issues viz., postmen committee recommendations.

கடந்த 14.08.2013 அன்று நடைபெற்ற மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் விவாதிக்கப்பட்ட சில விசயங்களும் அவற்றிக்கு நிர்வாக தரப்பின் பதில்களும் உறுதிமொழிகளும் :
1. கடந்த 23.07.2013 அன்று நமது கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் அவர்களால் முறைப்படி ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டும் இன்றுவரை வெளியிடபடாமல் இருக்கும் LR List 2013 - உடனடியாக வெளியிட கேட்டதற்கு, அவற்றில் 2005 முதலான ஆட்குறைப்பு காரணமாக பணியிடம் கண்டறியப்பட வேண்டியதை நிர்வாகதரப்பு எடுத்துரைத்தது. அதனை உடனடியாக கண்டறிந்து வெளியிட நாம் வலியுறித்தினோம் அவர்களும் இசைவு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்கள்.
2. திருநெல்வேலி, பாளையங்கோட்டை "சிற்றுண்டி சாலை " நீண்ட நாட்களாக மூடிகிடப்பதையும் அதனால் பணியாளர்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் அசௌகரியங்களையும் எடுத்துரைதோம் அதற்கு விரைவில் நல்ல பதிலை அளிக்க ஒப்புதல் அளித்தார்கள்.
3. கடந்த மாதம் Maharaja Nagar, Perumalpuram அலுவலகங்களுக்கு அவற்றின் வேலைப்பளுவை கணக்கில் கொண்டு கூடுதலாக ஒரு Postal Assistant Attach செய்ய நாம்  கேட்டு கொண்டதற்கு இணக்க Maharaja Nagar அலுவலகத்திற்கு Deputation முறையில் ஒரு Postal Assistant Attach செய்ததற்கு நாம் நன்றி தெரிவித்து கொண்டோம். மேலும் Perumalpuram அலுவலகத்திற்கு ஒரு Postal Assistant Attach செய்ய வேண்டினோம் அதையும் ஏற்று விரைவில் வழங்க ஒப்புதல் அளித்தார்கள்.
மேலும் பல்வேறு பிரச்சனைகளை எடுத்துரைத்த போதும் அணைத்திருக்கும் நல்ல பதிலையும் அதற்கு ஆக்கபூர்வமான முயற்சிகளையும் மேற்கொள்ளும் நிர்வாக தரப்பிற்கு எங்கள் நெஞ்சார்ந்த நன்றிகளை தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறோம்.

Our Stand on PFRDA Bill

         

Our Federation is opposing PFRDA right from the beginning. We have conducted Programmes against the PFRDA and submitted a Memorandum to the Hon’ble Prime Minister through Governor on 24-8-2011 opposing our Federation has not changed earlier stand as on date. Unfortunately, other organisations want to show that they are only against the PFRDA Bill. Therefore we are unable to build joint movement against the bill. At the same time we cannot be silent spectator. Therefore, our Federation has decided to conduct lunch hour demonstration with wearing black badge on the day the Bill is taken up for discussion in Parliament. If not possible on that day, demonstration may be conducted on the next day.
           Further some of the organisations want to show that left parties and its affiliated unions are alone opposing the PFRDA Bill. It is not so. All the Central Government employees, irrespective of their political affiliation, are oppoising the PFRDA Bill.

Federation's request to all Circle/Division/ Branch Secrtaries

Attention to Circle/Division/ Branch Secrtaries
Meeting of the General secretaries  of FNPO affiliated unions held on 24/07/2013 and it reviewed the GDS  issues and action taken by the Department thereof . The General secretaries meeting has  come to unanimous  conclusion that Postal Board has failed to implement the assurance given by Hon”ble   MOS and than Secretary Posts on agreed demands .  Therefore FNPO affiliated unions decided to  go the following progammes

1)Demonstration in  front of Circle office on 23/08/2013.
2) March to Raj Bhavan  and submit the Memorandum to the Hon“ble  Prime Minister through  Governor on 23/08/2013
3)Meet the members Parliament  from 09/09/2013 to 13/09/2013
4)Rely hunger fast programme before Circle / Directorate from 17/09/2013 to 20/09/2013.
