சுமார் 310 PA Strength உடைய கோட்டத்தில் LR PA 13 மட்டும் தானா ?
நிர்வாகத்திற்கு ஏன் இந்த தடுமாற்றம் ?
விட்டுவிட கூடாது என்பதில் ஏன் இத்தனை ஆர்வம் ?
LR LIST ஐ முழுமையாக விட மறுக்க காரணம் என்ன ?
மீண்டும் குழப்பத்தில் ஊழியர்கள்.   
யாருக்காக இது யாரை காப்பாற்ற புரியவில்லை.
அன்றைய கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் அவர்கள் 23.07.2013 அன்று கையொப்பமிட்டு வெளியிடபடாத 30 பேர் கொண்ட LR List என்ன ஆனது ?  

இது யாரை திருப்திபடுத்த தொடர்ந்து போராடிய நமக்காகவா ?

Taminadu NUPE Gr C CWC - Resolutions

                Our Tamilnadu Circle National Union of Postal Employees Group C - Circle Working Committee meeting held at Chennai from 24.10.2013 to 25.10.2013 and the CWC discussed various items and finally moved the following resolutions. CWC urges TN Circle Administration for favour of remedial action.

1.       Periodical maintenance of computers and peripherals may be ensured by the administration.

2.   Adequate supply of computer papers and good quality Barcode stickers and MPCM sticker  maybe ensured.

3.      Monthly meetings and Bi-Monthly meetings must be conducted periodically.

4.      GDS posts which are lying vacant indefinitely may be filled up at the earliest.

5.      To arrest the vested interest developed at the level of Sub-divisional authorities, they may  not be allowed to continue in the same station/ Headquarters  more than one tenure, (for example, Chennai City South Division, Tiruvannamalai Division)

6.     Construction of new departmental building for the Kilpauk SO in place of  building already ruined at the departmental site, Chennai.

7.     Request to vacate the FR 17(A) given to the officials of Pondicherry Division and Chennai GPO those who went on local strike for their long pending genuine demands.

8.      Examining to take appropriate action on the alleged allegations against Sri. J.Paul Athisayanathan SPO’s Krishnagiri Division. (reference letter dated 3.5.2013 addressed to the PMG Western Region by the Circle Secretary and letters addressed by the Regional Secretary to the PMG)

9.      Early passing of all personal claims like medical bills, CEA, TA bills, RPLI incentive etc.,

10.  Sending back the deputationists working long time in the Circle Office, Regional Office to their original divisions and Units as the operative offices are reeling under heavy shortage.

11.   To achieve the business target individual officials may not be forced to open the SB,RD accounts etc., every year.

Madam                Sub:  Request for withdrawal of speed post delivery on Holidays and Sundays in

                                     Southern Region submitted.

                Our Circle Union wants to bring to the kind notice of the Chief PMG that, in our Circle except southern region in all other regions viz., Chennai City Region, central Region, and in Western Region Speed post articles delivery is not effected on Sundays and holidays. But in Southern Region only some of the selected offices of the entire region mainly in Head Post offices the delivery of speed post articles effected in Sundays and holidays. To maintain this service the staff working in the delivery branch are brought on duty. It is very much affecting the feelings of the family members of the officials especially the children of those who are brought on duty, because when all other people are celebrating festivals and enjoying  holidays with the entire family members when only these families are deprived of that pleasure.

                Further all the establishments including Government and Private Sectors are closed on these days and the people are generally in festival mood, the delivery of speed post articles on those days are very much poor which is not at all matching to the expenditure incurred by the department to maintain such a little service.

                Therefore Our Circle Union request the Chief PMG to kindly consider to withdraw the speed post delivery on Holidays and Sundays that too, to start with from this Deepavali on 02.11.2013 in the Southern Region to maintain the uniformity in our Circle.

The Central JCA Meeting held on 19.10.2013 at New Delhi under the Chairmanship of Shri. T. N. Rahate, President, FNPO. Both the NFPE & FNPO has decided to go on Nationwide Indefinite Strike if the demands for inclusion of Gramin Dak Sevaks under the purview of  7^TH Central Pay Commission is not accepted by the Govt of India.

Release of LSG List very soon.

Dear Colleagues,

Our Circle Secretary met  APMG Staff  Circle office today (17.10.2013) and discussed the following items.

1. Releasing of LSG Promotions -  The APMG told that the LSG Promotions work is going on nearing end and it will be released very soon. 

2. Filling up of vacancies in RLO, Circle office - As the staff position RLO is very acute,  we requested to fill up the vacancies in RLO.  But the APMG said that as the PLI work is done on pilot basis the RLO staff working at PLI in Circle Office cannot be spared immediately.  Therefore Circle Secretary along with the RLO Secretary Sri. D. Prabhakaran, wanted to meet the DPS (HQ) and discuss the issue further.  But the DPS was not available.  Therefore the Circle Union decided to extend a letter to Chief PMG on this issue. 

3. HSG - II Promotions - The APMG told that  the considerable number of officials already promoted as HSG - II had not accepted the promotions and declined.  As this process is  going on there is a problem in assessing the vacancies exactly for further release of HSG - II.  It is learnt that approximately 15 vacancies may be  in HSG - II as on date in our circle.

வருகின்ற நமது 25வது கோட்ட "வெள்ளி விழா" மாநாட்டை டிசம்பர் திங்கள் சிறப்பாக நடத்துவது என்றும் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது.

                     தியாகத் திருநாள் எனப்படும் பக்ரித் பண்டிகை, இன்று உலக அளவில் இசுலாமியர்களால் கொண்டாடப்படும் முக்கிய பண்டிகை ஆகும். இந்த பண்டிகை இறைவனின் தூதர் இபுராகிம் நெடுநாட்களாக குழந்தை பாக்கியம் இல்லாமல் இருந்து வந்த இவருக்கு, இறுதியில் இவரின் இரண்டாவது மனைவி ஃஆசரா மூலம் ஒரு ஆண் மகவு பிறந்தது.  இசுமாயில் பால்ய பருவத்தை எட்டியிருந்த பொழுது, அவரை தனக்கு பலியிடுமாறு கடவுள், இபுராகிம் அவர்களுக்கு கனவின் மூலம் கட்டளையிட்டான். இதைப்பற்றி இசுமாயிலிடம் கூறிய இபுராகிம், அவரின் அனுமதியுடன் பலியிட துணிந்தபொழுது, சிஃப்ரயீல் எனப்படும் வானவரை அனுப்பி இறைவன் அதை தடுத்தான். மேலும் ஒரு ஆட்டை இறக்கிவைத்த இறைவன், இசுமாயிலுக்கு பதில் அந்த ஆட்டை அறுத்து பலியிடுமாறு இபுராகிமிற்கு கட்டளையிட்டான்.
மேற்கூரிய இந்த சம்பவத்தின் அடிப்படையிலேயே தியாகத்திருநாள் கொண்டாடப்படுகின்றது. இபுராகிமின் தியாகத்தை நினைவு கூரும் வகையில் ஹஜ் பெருநாள் எனவும் அழைக்கப்படுகின்றது. ப்படுகின்றது.
வசதியுள்ள முஸ்லிம்கள் ஹஜ் செய்வது என்பது அடிப்படை கடமைகளில் ஐந்தாவது கடமையாகும். ஹஜ் செய்வது என்பது புனிதப் பயணமாக மெக்கா செல்வதாகும். இப்புனிதப் பயணக் கிரியைகள்/கடமைகளில் கடைசியானது இறைவனுக்காக பலியிடுதலாகும்.  இது ஹஜ் மாதம் பத்தாம் நாள் நடைபெறும். இது பெருநாள் தொழுகை நடைபெற்றபின் ஆரோக்கியமான ஆடு, மாடு, ஒட்டகம் போன்றவற்றை பலியிட்டு கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது. பெரும்பாலும் உலகம் முலுவதும் இந்த பண்டிகை தியாகப் பெருநாள் என பொருள்படும் அரபிய பதமான ஈத் அல்-அதா என்றே அழைக்கப்பட்டாளும், தமிழ் நாட்டில் ஆட்டை பலியிடுவதை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு பக்ரித் (பக்ரு-ஆடு + ஈத்-பெருநாள்) என்ற உருது பதத்தில் அழைக்கப்படுகின்றது.

Wipro, HP in race for Rs 1,500 cr India Posts devices project

IT companies Wipro and HP are in race for supplying 1.3 lakh handheld devices to post offices under a project that is estimated to cost Rs 1,500 crore. 

 

"Wipro and HP rpt HP have qualified for technical bids for supplying 1,30,000 handheld devices to Department of Posts. The vendor for this project as per DoP is expected to be finalised by end of this month," a senior government official told PTI. 

The DoP has floated tender for supplying of handheld devices to 1,30,000 post offices located in rural area as part of its modernisation project. 

The postal department has almost computerised about 25,000 of its departmental post offices but rural post offices will be provided handheld devices for digitalising records. 

"The handheld devices will be connected to Postal departments network and softwares. These devices will be used for carrying out financial transactions like booking and receiving money order, speed post and other services provided through Post offices and for which a receipt or record is must," the official said. 

Any transaction made using the device will get updates in core system of Post offices. 

The device will have bio-metric module to identify individual having Aadhar number, solar power panel for charging in absence of electricity and thermal printer to immediately print and handover receipt to customer.

As per the present state DA has reached 90 %. At this juncture, Central Government Employees are eagerly waiting to know the percentage of increase in the month of Jan 2014. The DA increase in the month of Jan 2014 does have certain importance in it. Because when DA reaches 100%, there is a possibility of increase of certain allowances also simultaneously.

As per the recent publication of AICPIN value, DA has reached the height of 93.93 % at present. During the coming four months, if the AICPIN value increases by 1point, there is a possibility of DA reaching the 100 % mark. Likewise, if the average becomes 2point, there is a chance of reaching 101 % as DA. World Post Day -- October 9th

9 October

World Post Day is celebrated each year on 9 October, the anniversary of the establishment of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in 1874 in the Swiss capital, Berne. It was declared World Post Day by the UPU Congress held in Tokyo, Japan, in 1969.

Awareness

The purpose of World Post Day is to create awareness of the role of the postal sector in people’s and businesses’ everyday lives and its contribution to the social and economic development of countries. The celebration encourages member countries to undertake programme activities aimed at generating a broader awareness of their Post’s role and activities among the public and media on a national scale.

New products and services

Every year, more than 150 countries celebrate World Post Day in a variety of ways. In certain countries, World Post Day is observed as a working holiday. Many Posts use the event to introduce or promote new postal products and services. Some Posts also use World Post Day to reward their employees for good service.

In many countries, philatelic exhibitions are organized and new stamps and date cancellation marks are issued. Other activities include the display of World Post Day posters in post offices and other public places, open days at post offices, mail centers and postal museums, the holding of conferences, seminars and workshops, as well as cultural, sport and other recreational activities. Many postal administrations issue special souvenirs such as T-shirts and badges.

 As per the List of holidays  for the important and common festival `Vijayadhasami` on 14-10-2013

Holiday  has not been announced. This has caused discontentment among the majority of the

employees of Tamilnadu Postal Circle.,

Hence it is suggested and requested that the Holiday for `Vijaya Dhasami` on 14-10-13 may please be

announced  against adjusting the already declared holiday for 11-10-2013 `Mahasapthami ` which is

not common festival in Tamilnadu state,

வில்லில் இருந்து பாயும் கணையின் பெயருடன் மலை சூழ்நகரானாலும் சமுத்திரத்தையும் தன் பெயருடன் கொண்ட அந்த துணை கோட்டத்தில்
GDS காலி பணியிடங்களில் ஆட்கள் நியமிக்கப்படுவதற்கு ஜெயமான ஒருவர் மூலம் பிரதிபலன் வேண்டுமாமே மெய்யாலுமா ?
அந்த கோட்டத்தில் எங்கும் எதிலும் நீக்கமற நிறைந்திருப்பது (            ?        ) 
(ஒ காசே தான் கடவுள் என எண்ணி விட்டனரோ.   குரு எவ்வழியோ ? சிஷ்யர்களும் அவ்வழியோ ? )
